Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program, ability to float between multiple hospital locations, and flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
