Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and monitor condition changes to support timely clinical decisions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient monitoring skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork with providers and healthcare staff.
- Ability to learn new unit workflows quickly and remain adaptable.
- Compassionate, service-oriented approach to patient care.
