Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse within the Central Region Float Pool, providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program, with the ability to float between multiple hospital locations, and work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies are essential.
