Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse at a children’s hospital, offering part-time hours with competitive pay, shift differentials, and float premiums.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, provide direct care including medications and treatments, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and uphold unit standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Nursing Specialty Program (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Ability to float across hospital units, work evening shifts, and rotating weekends and holidays. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies are essential.
