Role: PRN RN Field Assessor responsible for conducting Long Term Care insurance assessments in clients’ homes.
Key Duties: Obtain claimant demographics, physician info, medication lists, and assess functional independence. Perform cognitive screening and evaluate ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. Utilize web-based applications on a laptop or tablet for documentation.
Qualifications: Unrestricted RN licensure, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and adapt to various home environments.
Preferred Skills: Over 1 year of RN experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and technological proficiency.
Additional Information: Position is non-benefited, with pay ranging from $41.20 to $61.85 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and location. The role supports delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.
