Role Overview: Responsible for delivering patient care based on established standards, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and revise care plans, ensuring holistic treatment addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Promotes teamwork through delegation, directs patient education, and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty program; current licensure or temporary practice permit; strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in acute care settings preferred.
