Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Psychiatry
Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adult psychiatric patients, utilizing the nursing process for planning and evaluating care, guiding unlicensed staff, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience in adult psychiatry is preferred
Additional Details: The position is full-time, evening shifts (3:00-11:30 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays. The hourly pay ranges from $37.25 to $57.74, depending on experience.
