Position: RN House Operations Administrator

Role Overview: We seek a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to assess and improve patient care protocols, conducting educational sessions, mentoring nurses, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The RN ensures compliance with regulations and standards, advocates for high-quality patient care, addresses patient and family concerns, and stays updated on nursing advancements.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a clinical expert, support staff development, promote evidence-based practices, ensure regulatory adherence, and maintain accurate documentation of initiatives and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of clinical experience (medical/surgical or critical care), current Illinois RN license, BLS and ACLS certification.
