Position: Registered Nurse – Endoscopy
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care by assessing patients, recognizing deviations, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and delegate appropriate tasks to staff.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years.
- Current Illinois RN license, CPR (BLS), ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Preferred experience in Endoscopy; previous Endoscopy experience advantageous.
Key Duties & Requirements:
- Work full-time hours, including potential weekend, holiday, and call shifts.
- Employ critical thinking to deliver quality patient care and ensure safety.
