Role: Registered Nurse in a Freestanding Emergency Room, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and care teams.
Key Duties: Assessing patient pain, performing procedures, documenting care, responding promptly to patient needs, teaching patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and lifestyle changes, and advocating for patients.
Qualifications: Current Colorado RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications, graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), with at least two years ER experience.
Skills: Advanced nursing knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to provide culturally competent, individualized care.
