Role: Provides clinical leadership and direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care and adherence to safety, quality, and organizational policies.
Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Implements evidence-based nursing practices, monitors patient outcomes, and evaluates care effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Delegates tasks appropriately, supervises care delivery, and maintains a safe environment, incorporating cost containment and technology.
Provides patient education, advocates for patients, and coordinates discharge planning for seamless post-care transition.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains professional licensure and competency.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives, documentation, and communication with the healthcare team.
Qualifications: Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), 1+ year RN experience or completion of a recognized residency or LPN experience for internal candidates. Valid RN license in the applicable state.
