Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team. Duties may vary by unit or shift.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing; if holding an associate degree, must obtain a bachelor’s within five years.
- Current Illinois RN licensure.
- Certification in CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS (within three months of employment).
