Travel RN – ED Float Pool
Provide expert, patient-first emergency care across multiple emergency departments by responding to diverse, high-acuity cases. Perform rapid assessments, initiate evidence-based interventions, and support trauma and critical patients in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients quickly and manage urgent, high-acuity needs
- Deliver and coordinate evidence-based emergency interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
- Adapt to varied ED workflows and care models
- Support trauma and critical care needs
- Mentor and assist staff as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN licensure and ability to deliver emergency care independently
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking in urgent situations
- Proficient with emergency protocols and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
