Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Duties: Providing direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; conducting assessments; addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; developing and evaluating individualized care plans; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; delegating tasks; troubleshooting equipment; participating in quality improvement initiatives; and supporting unit safety and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
