Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, Level 2 trauma center with a focus on emergency, trauma, stroke, STEMI, and behavioral health cases.
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate patient education, discharge planning, and adjust care plans based on patient responses. Delegate tasks, troubleshoot equipment, promote teamwork, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Support organizational safety protocols and contribute to patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs within a supportive team environment. Commitment to professional growth and safety standards.
