Role Overview: This position involves delivering patient care in an inpatient setting, adhering to established nursing standards. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Responsibilities include addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinating care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments and diagnostics.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and needs assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members for proactive patient care.
- Delegate tasks appropriately, promote teamwork, and adjust assignments as needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Contribute to quality improvement and safety programs, supporting organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
