Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, and implements individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjusts care accordingly.
- Participates in patient education, discharge planning, and safety initiatives.
- Engages in unit decision-making, quality improvement, and safety programs.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from a nursing specialty training program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
