We are seeking a full-time Inpatient RN to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety. The role involves direct patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The RN will also engage in unit-based decision-making, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to a positive patient and family experience.
Qualifications: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing and meet licensing requirements. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills are essential. Experience in emergency or acute care is preferred.
