Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an approved nursing program, possess or be eligible for licensure, demonstrate compassionate patient care, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
