Role Overview: This position involves delivering comprehensive inpatient nursing care in a clinical environment, adhering to established standards of care. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and educating patients and families throughout hospitalization. The nurse collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, delegates tasks appropriately, and evaluates intervention effectiveness to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Conduct assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, coordinate, and revise care plans, including discharge planning and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to meet patient needs and modify care as necessary.
- Promote teamwork by delegating tasks based on skill and patient acuity.
- Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program is required. The role demands strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills, with the ability to adapt to changing patient needs. Prior experience in emergency or inpatient settings is preferred.
