Role Overview: The Inpatient RN provides comprehensive patient care by conducting assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and developing individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; evaluate and adjust interventions based on patient response; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; troubleshoot equipment issues; participate in evidence-based practice and quality initiatives; promote patient safety and satisfaction through compassionate interactions.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and adherence to policies.
Work Environment & Schedule: Work primarily in a clinical setting, with hours typically from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday requirements.
