Position: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in a high-acuity emergency department, providing compassionate, patient-centered care and coordinating interdisciplinary treatment plans.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and revise individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and team members to meet patient needs and ensure safety. Participate in unit decision-making, quality, and safety initiatives, and promote positive patient experiences.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program, with the ability to perform assessments across physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual domains. Strong teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
