Role Overview:
Provides patient assessment, collects health data, and coordinates care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions. Communicates clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members, tailoring education to meet individual needs. Participates in quality improvement initiatives, maintains current nursing knowledge, and adheres to practice standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
Current Illinois nursing licensure
Preferred 1 year Cath Lab experience
Current CPR and ACLS certifications
Strong communication and assessment skills, professional knowledge, and commitment to quality care
