Role Overview: A Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate, and effective care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. They collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians and unlicensed staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. The nurse guides and directs team members, maintains regulatory compliance, and makes clinical decisions based on therapeutic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering patient-centered nursing care independently

- Leading and supervising unlicensed nursing personnel

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred
- Valid IL RN license
- CPR/BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
- CPAN/CAPA certifications are advantageous
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills
