Role: Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating peri-operative patient care in accordance with policies and standards.
Responsibilities: Communicate findings, manage care provided by staff, oversee supplies and equipment, collaborate with physicians and staff, participate in marketing OR services, ensure safe, culturally sensitive, and effective patient care, including pain management and abuse reporting.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, RN licensure, competency in basic procedures, CPR/ACLS certification.
Preferred Skills: One year medical-surgical or OR experience, leadership skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
