Role: Registered Nurse, providing quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the care team.
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, prioritize patient flow, and ensure documentation accuracy.
Patient Advocacy: Address patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource, and promote patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
Performance Improvement: Contribute to quality initiatives, suggest process improvements, and support organizational goals for patient and staff satisfaction.
Professional Development: Maintain licenses and certifications, pursue training and leadership opportunities, and stay current with industry best practices.
Leadership & Standards: Mentor colleagues, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, participate in shared governance, and promote professionalism.
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, active nursing licenses, and certifications including BLS and ACLS. Experience and proficiency in nursing skills are required.
