Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, performing, and evaluating nursing activities to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinate discharge planning and patient education to optimize outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to proactively meet patient needs.
- Delegate tasks, promote teamwork, and adapt assignments based on patient acuity and staff skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety education programs.
- Engage in unit-based decision-making and support organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a specialty nursing training program.
