Registered Nurse – Critical Care – Flex Team

Role Overview:

The registered nurse will join the Cath Lab Flex Team to deliver specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures across multiple hospital locations. This part-time role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a flexible environment, with daily assignments varying based on departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nursing duties specific to cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab setting.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Adapt to assignments at different hospital sites based on patient and provider needs.

Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and safety protocols.

Provide compassionate, high-quality care aligned with organizational values.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.

Preferred experience in critical care nursing.

Required certifications include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as appropriate for patient population.

Specialty certifications such as CCRN or CEN are advantageous.
