Registered Nurse – Clinical Team Coordinator

Role Overview: The Clinical Team Coordinator supervises nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. They provide direct patient care, oversee staff supervision, and assist with orientation and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate nursing activities, monitor staffing, and manage supplies.
Address performance issues and assist with disciplinary processes.
Communicate patient care and operational information to staff and management.
Participate in policy development, ensure regulatory compliance, and support evidence-based practices.
Mentor staff, promote a healthy work environment, and facilitate professional growth.
Handle patient and family concerns, follow incident reports, and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required).
