Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising assigned personnel.
Responsibilities: Conduct performance appraisals, manage staffing and supplies, address performance issues, communicate patient care and operational updates, participate in policy development, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, promote evidence-based practices, resolve patient and family concerns, and support a safe, high-quality care environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience and enrollment in a BSN program; preferred Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills are essential.
Key Duties: Coordinate nursing care delivery, support unit improvements, ensure excellent patient interactions, and maintain compliance with standards. The role may require flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
