Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising staff, and supporting unit operations.
Responsibilities: Coordinate nursing care delivery, assist with staff orientation, conduct performance appraisals, monitor staffing and supplies, address performance issues, communicate with team members, participate in policy development, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and promote evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience, enrollment in a BSN program, and graduation from a specialty training program. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
