Join our team as a full-time, night shift Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered care across diverse populations under the supervision of the Nurse Director/Manager.
Key duties include assessing patient and family needs, developing and revising care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs, and delegating tasks to optimize outcomes. The RN must adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and ensure quality care.
Qualifications include current Kansas RN licensure, an associate’s degree in nursing, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. ACLS is required for Tele, ICU, and PCU units; oncology certification for post-surgery care. All certifications must be completed within the first year.
Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of recent experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
