Under general supervision, performs a variety of professional nursing duties for patients in clinical settings.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited RN program, and an associate’s degree in nursing. Preferred qualifications are a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred.
- Must hold a valid RN license in Texas and BLS certification, obtained within 90 days of start date.
- Additional certification in a nursing specialty recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing is preferred.
