Role: Provides nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, delegating tasks based on staff licensure and qualifications. Contributes to the facility’s mission, goals, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Requires a BSN or ADN from an accredited institution, current nursing licensure in applicable states, and basic life support certification within one month. ACLS certification is preferred and must be obtained within one year. Previous OR experience is a plus.
Key Duties: Organizes and delivers patient care, delegates appropriately, and supports a healthy work environment aligned with accreditation standards. Works primarily in a day shift rotation without weekend, holiday, or call responsibilities.
