We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using clinical standards and critical thinking
Delivering patient-centered, culturally competent care in partnership with patients and families
Coordinating safe care delivery through effective interdisciplinary communication and documentation
Supporting performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices
Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to foster a skilled workforce
Ensuring compliance with healthcare policies, standards, and safety protocols
Qualifications include:
Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with either a single-state or multi-state compact license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Associate’s, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Skills and attributes: Knowledge of clinical standards, teamwork, collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to quality improvement. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
