Registered Nurse – Circulating Operating Room – Full-Time Days

The role is for an Operating Room Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care in a clinical environment supported by nurse leaders and evidence-based practices.

Key responsibilities include

performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care techniques.

partnering with patients and families through effective communication and relationship-based care.

coordinating and documenting safe, efficient care while promoting teamwork and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.

participating in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

serving as a mentor and engaging in professional development activities.

advocating for system policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, an active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification (additional certifications preferred), and an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
