Position: Registered Nurse in a mental health setting, responsible for assessing patients, developing and documenting care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
Key duties include: welcoming patients, promoting a safe environment, collaborating on patient admissions and transfers, analyzing patient data, participating in interdisciplinary planning, and supervising direct care staff.
Qualifications: Nursing degree, current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and CPI certification within 90 days.
Preferred experience: One year in psychiatric care, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.
