Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in a high-acuity cardiovascular operating room.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for adult and pediatric patients undergoing cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures.
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Apply evidence-based practice and sound clinical decision-making to support safe, therapeutic outcomes.
- Coordinate care across the perioperative team to promote an optimal patient experience.
