Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care as a registered nurse in a specialized Cardiothoracic Progressive Care Unit. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established nursing standards. Responsibilities include promoting patient and family-centered care, educating about illness management, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients’ families. The role requires critical assessment of physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and cultural aspects. Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses: Valid RN license.
