Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Uses critical clinical skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
- Contributes to a safe environment by engaging in activities that ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No experience required; 2 years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
