We are seeking a Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to adults with complex cardiac conditions in a fast-paced telemetry setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing post-procedural patients
- Administering IV medications and supporting safe patient care transitions
- Coordinating multidisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educating patients and families about treatment plans and care processes
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative team environment
Qualifications and skills:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Experience in cardiac care or telemetry units preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
