Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Renal Unit
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.
- Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice quality and effectiveness.
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing license in Illinois.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Additional Details: The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate, shift work from 7pm to 7:30am, every other weekend, and requires at least 48 hours of work every 6 weeks, including 24 hours on weekends.
