Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and various physical movements. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialty courses may be required based on the unit.
