Registered Nurse – Cardiac ICU

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in a specialized cardiac ICU within a top-ranked hospital. The nurse will perform assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, promoting safety, and participating in professional development activities. Qualifications & Skills:

Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred

No prior experience required; 2+ years of experience in critical care or cardiac units is preferred

Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills

Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism

Key Duties:

Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Coordinate and communicate care plans across teams and settings

Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and medication management
