Role: Cardiac Cath RN providing primary nursing support in the Cardiac Catheterization area, working closely with interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists.
Responsibilities: Triage patient calls, gather and document medical histories, assist with procedures, collect lab specimens, administer medications, monitor diagnostic equipment, and educate patients on treatments. Support day-to-day clinic activities and ensure proper setup and sterilization of instruments and rooms. Respond to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes for acute heart attack care.
Qualifications & Skills: RN experience preferred in Telemetry, ED, or ICU; must have completed a Specialty Training Program; strong teamwork, communication, and patient education skills required.
