Job Summary: Provides high-quality inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, following established standards. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Delegates tasks appropriately, promotes teamwork, and participates in quality and safety initiatives. Supports patient education, discharge planning, and continuous evaluation of care effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Directs patient care activities, makes clinical decisions, and adapts assignments based on patient acuity. Troubleshoots equipment, engages in evidence-based practice, and contributes to unit and organizational goals. Maintains compliance with policies and fosters a safe, collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required). Experience in cardiac or thoracic and vascular surgical care is preferred, with a strong interest in these areas. Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
