Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to established standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
- Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams, including patient and family education.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and modify plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff to meet patient needs.
- Delegate tasks, promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Contribute to quality and safety programs, supporting organizational goals and the Magnet mission.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, clinical environment, and adapt to patient needs.
