Role: Inpatient RN providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a medical/surgical trauma-telemetry unit.
Responsibilities include: Assessing patient needs, developing and coordinating individualized care plans, delivering treatments and medications, evaluating intervention effectiveness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree with specialty training, ability to meet unit standards, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. Prior experience is not required as comprehensive onboarding is provided.
Key Duties: Complete assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, educate patients and families, ensure safe medication and treatment administration, revise care plans based on patient response, and contribute to unit decision-making and quality improvement efforts.
