Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing assessments and addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
- Evaluating nursing interventions’ effectiveness and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Collaborating with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and participating in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contributing to quality and safety initiatives and team goals, ensuring high patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate patient care.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Shift hours are typically 7p-7:30a with holiday and weekend requirements.
