Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and positive health outcomes.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and promote quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing program (required), with a preference for a Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Management. Must possess strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and compassionate care skills. Ability to work in a clinical environment adhering to policies and procedures.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, manage discharge planning, participate in team decision-making, and contribute to quality improvement activities. The role involves working evening/night shifts, with opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.
